Application process

Thank you for applying with Century Property Management Inc.

You may call us at 316-263-8110 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or you may leave a message on our afterhours voicemail and we will return your call on the following business day. We show properties by appointment only our leasing agent will provide
you with an application at the time of your showing. Please return your application to our office at 3535 W. 13th. Blank spaces left on
the application will only delay the approval process. Completed applications can often be processed in 24-48 hours but delays
sometimes occur. Any fraudulent information given will result in immediate denial of your application.

Application check list:

1. Each prospective resident 18 years and older, must sign and completely fill out an application and make 3x's the monthly rent.
2. A $35.00 non-refundable processing fee payable by, check, money order, or cashier’s check must be returned with your application
for each occupant 18 years and over. Processing fees are not refundable.
3. Submit a money order/check in the amount of the security deposit.
4. Copy of your driver’s license, 30 days’ worth of pay stubs.
5. 2 years rental references or having owned you own home.
6. Clean credit and rental (excluding medical) history. You must not have any evictions or owe to any other landlords.

A holding deposit fee will hold the property. If we receive a deposit no additional applicants will be considered (placing a deposit will not cancel applications turned in before your). After you are accepted your holding deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind and decide not to sign our lease or to move into the property on the date agreed upon.

If a holding deposit is not provided with the application or after being approved the property will remain on the market and may be rented to someone else until your funds are received.

Please return your application along with the deposit and $35.00 application fee per adult to our office at 3535 W. 13th, Wichita, KS 67213. You may drop it off with one of our staff members Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also have a drop slot you may use after hours or on weekends. No cash. Check, money order, or cashier’s check only.
