Century Property Management offers several different payment options. 

1. You may bring your payment to our office during normal ( Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). We accept payments in the form of check, money order or cashiers checks in our office. Payments may also be dropped in our mail slot next to the door after hours. (No Cash). 

2. You may pay your rent online by check, credit card or electronically through your bank account through the following link to your Tenant Portal. https://www.rentcafe.com/residentservices/apartmentsforrent/userlogin.aspx

3. New applicants may use paypal to pay their application fee. Once approved we will set up your tenant portal for future payments (including deposits and rent) along with maintenance requests.
